Pancheros Mexican Grill, the iconic Mexican Fast Casual franchise beloved in the Midwest, is ramping up for a rapid nationwide expansion. After proving the concept over 30 years, Pancheros has grown to 75 restaurants in 13 states. In that time, Pancheros has grown organically: entrepreneurs visiting the Midwest would try Pancheros homemade food and experience the ease of our business model and would leave ready to bring our brand to their communities.

In recent years, Pancheros has expanded significantly beyond our core market in the Midwest, with multiple locations open on the East Coast and several more new market openings planned in the near future. As the demand for Mexican food continues to skyrocket, Pancheros is now focusing its efforts on franchise development with the goal of opening hundreds of locations across the country in the coming years.
